Reservation & Revenue Manager

A Reservation & Revenue Manager in the hospitality industry is responsible for maximizing hotel room revenue while ensuring the reservations department operates efficiently. This role combines revenue management, pricing strategy, forecasting, and reservations operations.

Typical job responsibilities:

• Manage the hotel's reservations team and daily booking operations.
• Develop pricing and inventory strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Analyze booking trends, market demand, and competitor pricing.
• Forecast occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room).
• Manage room inventory across direct and online distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, hotel website).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Marketing departments.
• Ensure reservation policies and procedures are followed.
• Train and supervise reservations staff.
• Resolve reservation-related guest issues professionally.
