Location: Onsite (2250 Airport Fwy Suite 350, Bedford, Tx 76022)
Training: ***Mandatory Two Weeks: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30PM***
Schedule: Flexible Shifts - Given after Training is finished

A Day in the Life
As a Reservation Specialist, you’ll:
- Be the voice of Water Wings—answering phones, emails, and inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
- Help families schedule and move bookings, making sure their needs come first.
- Manage multiple calls and emails.
- Use scripts as a starting point, but let your personality shine through every interaction.
- Keep parents at ease and kids excited about starting their swim journey.
What You Bring to the Pool
- A proven ability to guide conversations toward successful outcomes, turning inquiries into confirmed reservations and creating win-win solutions for families and the school
- A welcoming and energetic personality that comes through over the phone.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized when things get busy.
- Previous experience in customer support or call centers is a plus (but your positive attitude is the biggest win).
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
The Details
- Pay: $16/hour.
- Hours: 40 per week, with shift options (4-hour, 8-hour, mornings, evenings, weekends).
- Location: In-person at Bedford, TX office
