Role Overview
We are seeking a Reservation Specialist to assist with coordinating and managing travel bookings for clients. This role focuses on accuracy, organization, and providing reliable support throughout the reservation process.
Primary Responsibilities

Process and manage travel reservations, including accommodations, transportation, and packaged experiences

Review booking details for accuracy and completeness prior to confirmation

Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates

Make adjustments to existing reservations as needed

Work with travel partners to confirm availability and secure bookings

Maintain organized records of reservations and client details
