Reservationist and Customer Service Representative/Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic, bilingual Reservationist and Customer Service Representative/Sales professional to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Manage reservation requests efficiently via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely responses
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on reservations, gather feedback, and promote additional services or products
  • Assist clients with data entry tasks*, updating reservation systems and maintaining detailed records using Microsoft Office tools (*Terms and Conditions, background checks, etc.)
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create a welcoming experience for all callers
  • Managing and requesting Google Reviews etc.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold company standards in customer support and sales

Experience

  • Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred; experience in reservations or client services is a plus
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy; familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
  • to serve diverse client populations effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual capabilities are an advantage
  • Proven ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude with a proactive approach to upselling or promoting services
  • Knowledge of call center etiquette, analysis skills for assessing customer needs, and basic cash handling experience are beneficial

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
