Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all reservation requests via phone, email, online platforms, and travel partners in line with hotel policies.
  • Process individual and group reservations accurately, ensuring all details are correctly recorded in the system.
  • Manage room allocations, availability updates, and daily inventory control.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to guest inquiries regarding rates, room types, packages, and promotions.
  • Upsell room categories, packages, and hotel services to maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth arrival experiences.
  • Prepare and update reservation reports, forecasts, and daily pick-up information.
  • Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of guest data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with group blocks, contracts, and communication with organizers or travel agents.
  • Deliver excellent service and maintain a professional and friendly reservation experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel Reservations or Front Office role is essential.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Professional appearance, telephone etiquette, and a positive attitude.
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
