Key Responsibilities


  • Handle and process hotel, transport, guide, and excursion reservations.
  • Communicate daily with hotels, suppliers, and service providers to confirm availability and rates.
  • Ensure all bookings are accurately entered into the system and properly documented.
  • Follow up on confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure all services are booked as per the clients’ requirements.
  • Check contracts and rate agreements to ensure correct pricing is applied.
  • Prepare and send booking confirmations and service vouchers.
  • Resolve any booking discrepancies or last-minute changes efficiently.
  • Maintain organized and updated reservation files and records.
  • Support operations during peak periods and high-profile arrivals when needed.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in reservations, operations, or tourism (DMC, travel agency, or hotel) is urgently required .
