Key Responsibilities

Handle and process hotel, transport, guide, and excursion reservations.

Communicate daily with hotels, suppliers, and service providers to confirm availability and rates.

Ensure all bookings are accurately entered into the system and properly documented.

Follow up on confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.

Coordinate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure all services are booked as per the clients’ requirements.

Check contracts and rate agreements to ensure correct pricing is applied.

Prepare and send booking confirmations and service vouchers.

Resolve any booking discrepancies or last-minute changes efficiently.

Maintain organized and updated reservation files and records.

Support operations during peak periods and high-profile arrivals when needed.
Qualifications
-
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Previous experience in reservations, operations, or tourism (DMC, travel agency, or hotel) is urgently required .
