Reservations Manager

Our client is a leading luxury fine dining restaurant & lounge in Dubai is looking for an experienced Reservations Manager.

What will you do?

• Manage the reservation system, including table assignments, seating arrangements, and guest preferences
• Develop and implement reservation policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Train and mentor staff on the reservation system and provide ongoing support
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and an exceptional guest experience

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in managing reservations and guest services for a fine dining restaurant in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of reservation and guest services systems
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
