Reservations Supervisor

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Reservationist Supervisor to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate has at least 1–2 years of experience in restaurant reservations and is proficient in using reservation systems such as SevenRooms and OpenTable. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the reservations team, maintaining exceptional service standards and brand voice in partnership with the Reservations Manager
• Oversee reservation flow, availability, and seating strategies to optimize capacity and revenue
• Assign, monitor, and ensure completion of daily side work for reservationists
• Ensure all pre-shift and post-shift responsibilities are executed accurately, including confirmations, system updates, and reporting
• Collaborate regularly with the Reservations Manager to align on service strategy, operational priorities, and multi-location consistency
• Proactively monitor weather conditions and adjust reservations, seating plans, and guest communications as needed
• Oversee the creation, accuracy, and maintenance of all events within reservation systems across locations

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in reservations, host, or front desk roles, preferably within upscale or fine dining environments
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in reservation platforms such as SevenRooms and/or OpenTable required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
