Job Vacancy: Residential Building Watchman – Sharjah

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the security and safety of the residential premises.
• Monitor and control access for residents, visitors, and service personnel.
• Conduct routine inspections and report any security or maintenance concerns.
• Assist residents with inquiries and minor maintenance-related issues.
• Maintain records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs.
• Ensure common areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Physically fit and capable of working in shifts.
• Familiarity with security and safety procedures.
• Prior experience in the UAE, particularly in Sharjah, is an advantage.
