About the Role:

We are seeking a Residence Excellence Lead to elevate the living experience and reputation of one of Dubai’s premier residential buildings located between two five-star hotels. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our standards and services match the luxury of our surroundings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the overall resident experience and building reputation.
• Oversee five key teams: Security, Maintenance, Cleaning, Gardening, Bell & Valet Staff .
• Define and enforce service standards across all teams.
• Conduct twice-daily walk rounds and inspections to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and implement training manuals and service protocols.
• Ensure staff presentation and uniforms meet luxury standards.
• Coordinate with external management companies on maintenance and enhancement projects.
• Monitor building projects and maintain Gantt-style timelines for quarterly OC meetings.
• Organize and manage resident events and calendar activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Concierge executive
• Multilingual
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to luxury standards.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
