The Open World , a leading global immigration advisory firm headquartered in Paris with offices across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, is seeking an experienced Residency & Citizenship Consultant to join our Dubai office .

We are looking for a French- and Arabic-speaking consultant who will be responsible for handling all French- and Arabic-speaking clients .


Experience in Residency & Citizenship by Investment (RCBI) is mandatory .


About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with international clients seeking global residency and citizenship solutions. You will be responsible for guiding them through their options — from European Golden Visas to Caribbean citizenship programs and permanent residencies worldwide.

The Open World provides an established lead generation system, marketing support, and access to premium partnerships worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Advise and assist French- and Arabic-speaking clients throughout the entire immigration process.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Present suitable programs based on each client’s profile and goals.
  • Manage incoming leads and follow up until deal closure.
  • Coordinate with legal, real estate, and investment partners.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and social media content in French and Arabic.
  • Represent the company at international events and exhibitions.
  • Maintain detailed records of client communication and application status.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English, French, and Arabic (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in Residency and Citizenship by Investment (RCBI) or related immigration advisory roles.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills across cultures.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and motivated to achieve results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
