Mercy House is a 48 bed assisted living HOME located in the heart of Georgetown Texas. We are looking for caring and compassionate hospitality aides to join our dream team!

As a resident assistant in assisted living and memory care, you'll provide exceptional personal care & hygiene assistance to a group of loving residents. A meaningful job awaits you at Mercy House - GT.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Following the resident's individual care & service plan in providing one-on-one support and companionship: including daily wellness checks and housekeeping;
• Incontinence management: including assisting residents to the bathroom, providing assistance and hygiene as needed;
• Assistance with activities of daily living: including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility;
• Escorting residents to activities, meals, nature walks and outside appointments as needed;
• Assisting in development and updating of each resident's individual service plan and charting;
• Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities
• Night Shift duties - Cleaning, Laundry, every two hour bed checks and Monitoring Residents. Staff will need to help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLS)

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.
• NO FORMER EXPERIENCE NEEDED! We would love to educate and train you in the process!
