Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Resident Assistant, where you will play a vital role in fostering a welcoming, safe, and well-managed residential community.

Duties

Assisting with client needs

Assisting on duty CMA with hourly rounds

Light cleaning duties

Experience

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict diplomatically and negotiate effectively
• Office experience including data entry, filing, and administrative support functions
• Knowledge of property maintenance processes and facilities management practices
• Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person

Pay: From $13.25 per hour
