Resident Assistant

Job Summary

Duties

• Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Monitor vital signs and observe for any changes in residents’ health or behavior
• Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
• Help with, feeding, and maintaining a clean, safe environment within the care setting
• Ability to perform first aid and respond effectively to emergencies
• Familiarity with vital signs monitoring
• Strong caregiving skills with experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, residents, and families

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
