Job Summary

Duties
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility and transferring support
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability
- Provide medication administration following the six rights of medication administration, prescribed schedules, and safety protocols
- Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease through specialized memory care techniques and behavior management strategies
- Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and maintaining cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas
- Document resident progress and incidents accurately
Skills
- Proven experience in long-term care settings such as nursing homes, retirement homes, or personal care homes
- Knowledge of assisted living practices, home & community care, or group home environments
- Strong understanding of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and managing behavioral challenges
- Ability to perform first aid and respond effectively during emergencies
- Excellent caregiving skills with a compassionate approach toward individuals with disabilities or developmental delays
- Capable of performing light cleaning duties to maintain a safe environment

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
