As a Resident Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents, providing personalized care and support tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide personal care and support with mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living

• Assist with meal services, including serving, and monitoring resident's nutrition

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including assisting with laundry and housekeeping duties

• Monitor and document resident's condition, reporting any changes or concerns to the staff

• Participate in resident care planning and implementation

• Collaborate with other care team members to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements:

• 0 minimum years of experience in long-term care or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Possess patience, empathy, and understanding in working with seniors and individuals with diverse needs

Working Conditions:

• May be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• May be required to lift or move residents, supplies, and equipment up to 50 pounds

• May be required to work in a variety of environments, including outdoor and/or indoor spaces
