RESIDENT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

We’re Hiring: Resident Construction Manager (Civil – Oil & Gas Sector)

M/s. Aditi Solar Pvt Ltd is inviting applications for the role of Resident Construction Manager (RCM) for our ongoing Civil Construction Projects in the Oil & Gas Sector.

Position: Resident Construction Manager / Construction In-Charge
Location: HPCL, West Bengal
Qualification:

• Degree in Civil Engineering – Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience
• Diploma in Civil Engineering – Minimum 15 years of relevant construction experience

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage all on-site civil construction activities
✅ Handle sub-contractors, vendors, and material management effectively
✅ Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress
✅ Oversee project budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control
✅ Prepare and review bills, work schedules, and progress reports
✅ Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of all construction works
✅ Implement and monitor project execution as per approved plans and specifications
✅ Maintain clear communication and documentation for all project stakeholders

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented leader with strong technical knowledge and managerial skills to drive project success in the Oil & Gas sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,574.82 - ₹60,000.00 per month
