Resident Engineer – Minimum 10 Years Experience

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to join our engineering consultancy team for ongoing and upcoming projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities on site and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor quality, progress, and safety on site.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with local authority regulations and project standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Resident Engineer.
• Strong experience in construction supervision of building projects (high-rise experience preferred).
• Proven UAE/GCC experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of construction standards, QA/QC procedures, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site teams effectively.
