Resident Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security
• Coordinate with ISPs and external vendors to promptly resolve connectivity and network-related issues
• Provide day-to-day IT support, including Windows troubleshooting, hardware installation, and routine maintenance
• Manage IT assets, including inventory management, allocation, and lifecycle management of laptops and systems
• Conduct monthly software audits to ensure compliance with authorized and licensed software usage
• Administer Single Sign-On (SSO) and Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration, and policy management
• Prepare and share weekly network status reports and monthly IT performance reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in network administration and enterprise IT support environments
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless networks, routers, switches, and basic firewall configurations
• Hands-on experience with Windows environments and enterprise-level IT support
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, SSO solutions, and endpoint/device management
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or equivalent will be preferred.
