Job Summary:
We are looking for a Resident Engineer with a civil engineering degree to oversee and manage turnkey projects on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure project execution aligns with design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all on-site civil engineering activities for turnkey projects.
• Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Monitor progress, track project milestones, and prepare detailed reports.
• Identify potential issues and provide solutions to prevent project delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Liaise with design and planning teams for any project modifications or clarifications.
• Manage documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and material approvals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Resident Engineer or similar role in turnkey projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction techniques, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.

Preferred:

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial turnkey projects.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO standards).
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
