Job Description:
Conin International Consultants is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to join our team for projects in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in construction supervision, project management, and coordination within the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor construction activities on site
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Conduct site inspections and attend project meetings
• Prepare reports and manage project documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in construction supervision and project management
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, standards, and authority procedures
• Experience in consultancy projects is mandatory
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• UAE driving license is an advantage
