Urgent Hiring – Resident Engineer (Dubai)

We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer to join our Engineering Consultancy team in Dubai with immediate effect.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE, with extensive experience in Dubai projects.
• Proven experience working with Engineering Consultancy firms is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, and UAE construction regulations.
• Extensive experience in site supervision, project coordination, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Strong experience in reviewing and approving shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and contractor submissions.
• Sound understanding of QA/QC procedures, project scheduling, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and represent the Consultant during meetings with clients, contractors, and authorities.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all site supervision activities on behalf of the Consultant.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, local regulations, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, authorities, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and construction performance.
• Review technical submissions and provide engineering recommendations.
• Conduct site inspections and issue reports, instructions, and non-conformance notices where required.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
