Resident Engineer – Dubai (Engineering Consultancy)

Capital Engineering Consultancy is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer for an Industrial Project in Dubai.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 11+ years of experience in Engineering Consultancy.
• Proven experience as a Resident Engineer on industrial building projects.
• Mandatory experience in Food Factory, Manufacturing Facility, Processing Plant, or similar industrial developments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority regulations, and project supervision procedures.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience in quality assurance, contract administration, site supervision, and project delivery.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all construction activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project progress, quality, health & safety, and construction schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, authorities, and project stakeholders.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare progress reports and manage project correspondence.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues efficiently.
• Verify work progress and certify contractor payment applications.
• Ensure successful project delivery within the approved timeframe and quality standards.
