Resident Engineer

Job Summary

Resident Engineer shall be responsible for cross functional coordination on the project with on-site delivery of time, cost, quality, and health and safety performance. Role is involved with close coordination with the site engineer and other team members for smooth completion of the project. Further role involves addressing clients query, review and approving reports that are onward submission, further compiling and reviewing submittals done to the client. Monitoring the work executed on filed is in line with the set quality standards and in compliance with the law, rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/ Civil engineering or from recognized institution.
• Experienced in hotels.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
• COEPP Registered
• 12 to 15 years experience.
