Resident Engineer – Building Projects

Job Location: Capital Smart City, Chakri Road

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Resident Engineer with 10–15 years of relevant experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in building execution, grey structure works, architectural finishing, and on-site coordination.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while coordinating effectively with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time site supervision and technical oversight of construction activities
• Ensure compliance with drawings, BOQs, specifications, and relevant codes
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives
• Identify technical issues and provide timely, practical solutions
• Implement quality control, safety, and environmental procedures
• Prepare periodic progress reports and maintain site documentation
• Support project handover, testing, commissioning, and snag resolution

Requirements:

• BSc in Civil Engineering (MSc preferred)
• Valid PEC registration is mandatory
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in high-rise, residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects
• Strong hands-on experience in grey structure execution, finishing works, and site supervision
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, BOQs, QA/QC procedures, and contract administration
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and Primavera/MS Project will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
