Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Resident Engineering (RE) role - for ePDG product for carrier customer -

o Strong 5G SA core network knowledge
o Strong 4G/5G core network call flows knowledge
o SME for a one or multiple nodes
o Focused on MOP creation and issue resolution
o 100% dedicated to a single customer
o Works of a clear SOW -with clear exclusions.
o Embedded in the customer daily operations and knows in detail the solution customization for the customer he/she is supporting.

• Customer Lab support role.
• troubleshooting support.
• technical point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Documentation of Root Cause Analysis of outages and issues, creation and execution of Method of Procedures (MOPs) upgrades and system updates.
• Activities based on well-known and agreed HLD, LLD, CIQ, SOW.
