About the Role
Jangam Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Resident General Dentist to provide high-quality dental care in a modern two-chair dental practice. The ideal candidate should be confident in routine dental procedures, committed to patient-centered care, and able to work independently with professionalism and empathy.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Provide general dental procedures including:
- Restorations (fillings)
- Extractions
- Root canal treatments (single & multi-root preferred)
- Scaling & polishing
- Prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, dentures)
- Basic pediatric dentistry
- Manage dental emergencies and pain relief cases.
- Maintain high standards of infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Patient Care
- Deliver compassionate, ethical, and patient-focused dental care.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Build strong patient relationships to support clinic growth.
Clinic Operations
- Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and maintain dental equipment and materials.
- Support practice development activities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- BDS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid dental registration/license.
- 0–5 years of experience (freshers with strong clinical skills are welcome).
- Strong diagnostic ability and good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a two-chair setup.
- Commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, resident position (timings can be specified).
- Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: ₹20,706.39 - ₹30,294.21 per month
