Resident Medical Officer

Performing initial assessment of the medical and physical status of patients

2. Direct supervision and monitoring along with bedside examination of the patients admitted in opd/ipd or day care etc depts at the hospital

3. Overall coordination of the patient care with appropriate communication to all stake holders viz. Treating Consultant, patient relatives, intensivist, Internal TPA and other admin teams as and when necessary

4. Providing detailed regular updates and seamless communication about patient management as requested by consultant doctors in a seamless and effective manner

5. Evaluating patients' symptoms and recording progress notes accordingly

6. Developing treatment plans for patients in co-ordination with the Primary physician / Surgeon

7. Maintaining patients' medical records to document all medications and test results

8. Prescribing medications and providing patient education

9. Consulting patients on various topics related to their fitness and hygiene

10.Ordering tests and examinations

11.Performing emergency procedures to the best of abilities in such cases as required

12.Arranging for discharge of patients

13.Assisting in surgeries if needed in emergency situation

14.Preparing discharge / transfer /death summaries accurately

15.Getting a patient's medical history

16.Ordering various diagnostic tests, scans and X-rays and analysing the critical values

17.Making arrangements for blood and blood products when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,771.05 - ₹35,379.87 per month
