Resident Medical Officer ER/ICU (Alternate Night)

Job Summary:
We are actively seeking experienced and qualified Resident Medical Officers to work alternate night shifts in our ER/ICU. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing critically ill patients, ensuring prompt medical attention, and coordinating with senior consultants when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide round-the-clock medical care to ER/ICU patients during alternate night shifts.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, treatment plans, and progress.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies in the ER/ICU.
• Liaise with consultants and nursing staff for patient management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update case notes regularly.

Qualifications:

• Education: MBBS from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in ER/ICU
• Valid PMDC license.

Skills:

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
