About the Hospital:

Fr G’s Hospital is a 100-bed multi-specialty healthcare facility providing modern, patient-centered medical services with a focus on quality, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Role Overview:

We are hiring an RMO / MBBS Doctor to support inpatient, casualty, and emergency care operations. The doctor will be responsible for handling day-to-day patient management, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring smooth clinical workflow in the wards and emergency department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide round-the-clock medical coverage for wards and casualty.

* Attend to emergency cases and stabilize patients as needed.

* Assist consultants during rounds and procedures.

* Monitor patient condition, update treatment charts, and document progress accurately.

* Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for effective patient care.

* Handle medico-legal cases as per hospital policy.

* Ensure timely communication with senior doctors regarding critical cases.

Qualifications:

MBBS from a recognized university (Mandatory)

Valid Kerala Medical Council Registration

* Experience in casualty / emergency / inpatient care preferred (Freshers may also apply)

Skills & Competencies:

* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities

* Ability to manage emergencies independently

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Commitment to patient safety and ethical medical practice

Salary:

As per industry standards, based on experience.
