Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Key responsibilities:

• Observing patient conditions, monitoring vital signs, and updating medical charts.
• Being the first responder to medical emergencies, providing immediate care, and stabilizing patients before senior staff arrive.
• Performing examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Conducting routine procedures and assisting in complex ones.
• Regularly checking on in-patients to monitor their progress and discuss their care with the medical team.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including histories, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Acting as a liaison between patients, their families, nurses, and senior consultants.
• Assisting with patient admissions and discharges, and coordinating with other hospital staff and departments.
• Ensuring that all patient care and hospital operations comply with established protocols, regulations, and standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
