Job Summary:Bapat Multispeciality Hospital is seeking a dedicated and competent Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide comprehensive medical care to inpatients, assist consultants, and manage emergency and routine clinical duties, with preference given to candidates having experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care to admitted patients under the guidance of senior consultants
• Handle obstetric and gynaecological cases, including labour room and postnatal care (as applicable)
• Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and emergency situations
• Manage emergency cases and stabilize patients
• Perform patient assessments, documentation, and treatment planning
• Write progress notes, prescriptions, and discharge summaries
• Coordinate effectively with nursing staff, OT, and support departments
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, NABH standards, and patient safety norms
• Communicate clearly with patients and their attendants

Eligibility Criteria:

• BAMS/BHMS/MBBS degree from a recognized institution
• Valid MCI / MMC / State Medical Council registration
• Minimum 1 year or more experience as RMO / Duty Doctor
• Experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology will be preferred
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
