Role Summary

As a MOC Resident Medical Officer should supposed to manage all the patient care. Should be a team player and work closely with his team of doctors. You should keep visiting the IPD patients, go for rounds and check their progress.

Rotational shifts : 8-5:30pm / 10-6:30pm / 1-9:30pm

Major Duties and Responsibilities

A) Patient Experience

· Attending patients in the IPD before the consultant arrives, make note of the necessary changes in symptoms & Assess their general conditions.

· Inform patients condition and reports to consultant and take the call wether patient is fit for chemo or not discussing with the consultant.

· Ensure patient waiting times are maintained as per given standards

· Ensure patient feedback forms are fully filled by the patients/relatives

· Ensure google reviews are taken for the centre as per the given target

· Give blood tests, Fill clinical notes & counsel patients about what is chemotherapy, how long the procedure will last & answer their queries if any regarding the process.

· To maintain patient records as per standards set up by the hospital administration.

B) Miscellaneous

· Assist the Consultant and document clinical findings.

· Attend ward rounds with consulting staff, as required, and be available to discuss patient treatment plans.

· Provide medical service within the hospital on a roster basis.

· Inform admitting consultants of changes in medical condition of patients and of relevant action taken.

· Follow the instructions of consultants for their specific regime for each individual patient.

· To be familiar with all relevant procedures/policies.

· To be familiar with centre and company clinical policies. To be aware of the centres clinical risk programme and report clinical incidents, drug errors and near misses.

· To participate in clinical audit and implementation of clinical governance.

Qualifications and Skills

· MBBS Degree

· At least 2-3 years in oncology/ICU department

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
