Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough patient consultations, medical examinations, and assessments in the Emergency ward.

- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, ailments, and injuries.

- Prescribe medications, therapies, and other treatment methods as necessary.

- Collaborate effectively with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient consultations, diagnoses, and treatments.

- Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures and clinical guidelines to maintain high standards of patientccare and safety.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies in the ER, ensuring timely stabilization and treatment of patients.

Requirements:

Qualifications: MBBS with Valid PMDC

Experience: Must have at least 3–4 years of hospital experience.

- Skills: Strong counseling, communication & interpersonal skills

- Ability to ensure the highest standards in patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
