Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – Ayurveda

Qualification

• Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS / BAC + MAL)
• Candidates who have completed studies outside Kerala will be preferred

Experience

• Freshers to 2 years of experience
• Experience in managing therapists and therapy operations will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning as per Ayurvedic principles

Therapy & Operations Management

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of therapists
• Ensure proper execution of prescribed therapies and treatments
• Maintain therapy quality standards, hygiene, and patient safety
• Assist in training and guiding therapists on treatment protocols

Administrative & Coordination Duties

• Coordinate with senior doctors and management for patient care planning
• Handle inpatient and outpatient medical responsibilities
• Support smooth day-to-day operations of the clinical facility
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Ayurvedic best practices
• Prescribe and monitor Panchakarma and other Ayurvedic therapies
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and follow-ups
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnostics and treatment procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage therapists and handle patients professionally
• Basic administrative and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a clinical environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Male candidate
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
• Exposure to multi-cultural or out-of-state education background
• Interest in holistic healthcare and patient-centric treatment
