At Viva Memory Care at Dresher, located in suburban Philadelphia, you'll be a helping hand in the overall care of our residents in the place they call home.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer – Responsible for the accurate and timely administration and documentation of medications for residents in accordance with physician orders, company policies, and applicable regulations.
- Supervise – Serve as the shift supervisor for caregivers, ensuring resident care and assigned tasks are completed while providing guidance, support, and accountability. Deliver hands-on resident care as needed and assist caregivers when additional support is required.
- Build – Lead by example and foster a positive, compassionate culture that reflects the values of our community. Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Document – Observe, report, and document changes in residents' conditions to the Resident Care Director. Complete accurate documentation for incidents, falls, hospital transfers, and communicate essential resident updates during shift-to-shift report.
- Collaboration – Work closely with the Resident Care Director, fellow Med Techs, caregivers, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional dementia care. Be willing to work overtime or pick up additional shifts as needed to ensure continuity of care, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.

- Current Medication Technician Certification with all required observation notes and testing completed.
- Previous experience in memory care, dementia care, assisted living, or senior living is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and respond calmly in changing situations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift at least 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and carry or move that weight for a minimum distance of 50 feet.
- High school diploma or GED required.
