POSITION SUMMARY

KidsDentist® is seeking a passionate, skilled, and patient-centric Resident Pediatric Dentist to join our world-class pediatric dental team. This is a full-time, six-day-per-week clinical role designed for specialists who are committed to excellence in pediatric oral healthcare, clinical precision, and compassionate child-centered dentistry.

The selected candidate will work in a highly structured, ethical, and growth-oriented environment under the mentorship and leadership of Dr. Rajesh, a distinguished pediatric dentist and aesthetic pediatric dentistry specialist.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

Reports directly to the Operations Manager .

CORE CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Deliver comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, restorative, and therapeutic pediatric dental care in accordance with the highest clinical and ethical standards.
  • Obtain accurate and complete patient data, including medical and dental histories, clinical examinations, radiographs, and study models, to formulate precise treatment plans.
  • Examine, diagnose, and treat infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents using age-appropriate behavior management techniques.
  • Perform pediatric dental procedures with clinical excellence, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring a positive, fear-free dental experience.
  • Provide anticipatory guidance and educate parents/guardians on oral hygiene practices, caries prevention, dietary counseling, and long-term oral health planning.
  • Maintain the highest standards of infection control, sterilization, and operatory hygiene, in compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify cases requiring advanced or multidisciplinary care and coordinate timely referrals to appropriate specialists.
  • Participate actively in clinical meetings, case discussions, audits, and quality-improvement initiatives.
  • Guide, mentor, and provide constructive input on the clinical performance and technical skills of dental auxiliaries and support staff.
  • Uphold and promote a culture of teamwork, respect, professionalism, and child-first care across all patient interactions.
  • Contribute to continuous clinical improvement, protocol adherence, and excellence in patient outcomes.
  • Perform additional duties aligned with the role, as assigned by the Operations Manager.

  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and evidence-based dentistry.
  • Proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage.
