Resident Services Associate

A leading property company is seeking a Resident Services Associate to be based on a high-end Build-to-Rent development in Birmingham. The RSA will be responsible for carrying out front desk duties, managing complaints, liaising with the residents and assisting with the resident move in process.

Overview:

• Job Title: Resident Services Associate
• Location: Birmingham
• Salary: £27,000
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri with 1 weekend in every 6

Responsibilities of the Resident Services Associate include:

• Reception duties including responding to enquiries, taking resident requests and handling parcels.
• Ensuring communal areas and available apartments are well presented.
• Complete applicant vetting in line with procedures.
• Process offers and complete tenancy documentation.
• Provide first class customer service to all guests and residents.
• Organise and run resident events.
• Act as first point of contact for residents to make maintenance requests.
• Coordinate contractor appointments.
• Complete check in and check out reports.

The person:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior experience working in residential property, hospitality or ideally BTR.
• Organised.
• Outgoing, warm and friendly personality.
• Common sense approach.
