Resident Services (Front Desk): Full-time
Available Shifts: Scheduled anytime between 6:30am to 10:30pm (requires open availability, including weekends).
Compensation: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour

The Landmark Towers Condominium has the following positions open:
RESIDENT SERVICES AGENT
RESIDENT SERVICES AGENT is responsible of serving as the primary contact for all residents, assisting them by delivering the highest levels of service to the residents and their guests 100% of the time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate the front desk according to standard operating procedures.
- Operate with accuracy using BuildingLink software (amenity reservations, event logs, etc.).
- Understand emergency procedures and how to respond accordingly.
- Complete daily logs as required by your shift.
- Keep lobby, front desk, package room, carts and office organized and clean.
- Create incident reports when issues arise.
- Answer all calls within three (3) rings. All calls are to be answered in a professional manner.
- Resolve residents’ complaints to best of your ability.
- Knows where the boundaries are between staff and residents.
- Maintains regular attendance and reliability, is consistently on time, and observes prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.
- Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
- Performs any other duties as requested by supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to speak English fluently.
- Ability to multi-task, especially during busy seasons.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
During the course of performing the physical demands of this position, associates are expected to observe and adhere to safety and security procedures, promoting a safe work environment.
