Job Summary
TRIAD Association Management is seeking a Resident Support Specialist to serve as the front-line contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This role supports clubhouse operations, resident services, access control, and community events while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents and guests at the clubhouse front desk
- Answer phone calls and respond to resident inquiries
- Issue resident IDs, guest passes, and parking stickers
- Maintain resident records and access control systems
- Assist with planning and supporting community events
- Monitor clubhouse and amenity areas for safety and rule compliance
- Complete basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and clubhouse area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and interact positively with residents and staff
This position requires punctuality, professionalism, and a service-focused attitude while representing the management team within the community.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
