Resident Support Specialist (Full-time & Part-Time)

Job Summary

TRIAD Association Management is seeking a Resident Support Specialist to serve as the front-line contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This role supports clubhouse operations, resident services, access control, and community events while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residents and guests at the clubhouse front desk
  • Answer phone calls and respond to resident inquiries
  • Issue resident IDs, guest passes, and parking stickers
  • Maintain resident records and access control systems
  • Assist with planning and supporting community events
  • Monitor clubhouse and amenity areas for safety and rule compliance
  • Complete basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and clubhouse area

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized, reliable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and interact positively with residents and staff

This position requires punctuality, professionalism, and a service-focused attitude while representing the management team within the community.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
