Join our growing team as a Residential AC & Heating Installer, where you’ll help create comfortable, energy-efficient homes through high-quality HVAC installations and service. In this hands-on role, you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.

We are looking for experienced installers who are reliable, motivated, and capable of working independently. Candidates must have their own truck, tools, and helper team.

Responsibilities

• Install residential air conditioning and heating systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Replace and install condensers, furnaces, evaporator coils, air handlers, thermostats, and complete HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues using proper testing equipment and tools
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and system upgrades as needed
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and HVAC design plans
• Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
• Transport equipment and materials safely to job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential HVAC installation and repair
• Strong mechanical knowledge of air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, and ventilation systems
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues
• Experience with welding, brazing, plumbing, and basic electrical work preferred
• Must have your own truck, tools, and team of helpers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification and HVAC certifications are a plus, but not required
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability
