Join our dedicated team as a Residential Aide/Caregiver in a supportive environment committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with diverse needs including traumatic brain injuries.

This position is full-time, working Monday thru Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., providing an energetic and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day. This is a fast-paced environment working with multiple clients.

Job description:

**FULL-TIME POSITION WORKING MONDAY-FRIDAY, 10AM-6PM/11AM-7PM**

Great experience for students in the field of Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy and Speech Therapy.

Rehab Pathways Group has been providing support services to those with traumatic brain injuries, the aging population and those with special needs for over 32 years.

The services we provide include companion care, medication management, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping/errands, transportation to personal appointments, job coaching and supportive living services. Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.

Requirements for this position: background check, valid driver's license and auto insurance

Experience with traumatic brain injury and caring for the elderly is helpful.

Duties include:

Caring for residential traumatic brain injury clients and the elderly.

Tasks include:

Assisting with patient care plan, transporting/attending medical appointments, job coaching, grocery shopping, errands, light housekeeping, medication management, and providing redirection as needed.
