Experienced Property Manager / Residential & Commercial Real Estate Agent

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager / Real Estate Agent to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This position is primarily focused on property management, so prior property management experience is required.

Our company provides stronger support than the typical brokerage or property management company. We help you manage properties more efficiently, handle the eviction process for you, provide investor buyer leads, and assign you properties to manage. Agents who bring their own property management accounts to the company receive a higher split on those properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial rental properties
• Communicate with owners, tenants, vendors, and applicants
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, inspections, and leasing
• Show available rental properties
• Assist with lease renewals, tenant issues, and owner updates
• Work with investor clients and sales/listing opportunities as available
• Help grow the company’s property management portfolio

Requirements

• Property management experience is required
• Active Virginia real estate license required
• Residential and/or commercial real estate experience
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
• Professional, organized, and comfortable working with owners and tenants

Compensation

This is a 1099 commission/split-based position. Compensation includes property management income, leasing opportunities, investor buyer leads, and sales/listing commissions. Higher splits are available for property management accounts you bring to the company.

Applicants without property management experience and an active Virginia Real Estate License will not be considered.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $500,000.00 per year
