Job Summary
Sparkle Cleaning Professionals is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Professional Cleaners. This role involves residential and commercial cleaning, delivering high-quality service while maintaining a positive customer experience. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence will help create a safe and inviting atmosphere for everyone. No prior cleaning experience is required—we provide paid training to help you succeed.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate floor care techniques to preserve surfaces.
• Manage sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment.
• Travel to client locations as scheduled

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and other janitorial tools safely and effectively.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, customer service, or general labor
