Architectural Designer – Custom Homes
Location: Olympia, WA
Pay: $50,000 - $70,000/year (DOE)

We’re looking for an Architectural Designer who shares our passion for exceptional residential design.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop residential floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Produce detailed technical drawings and construction documents.
• Collaborate with clients, builders, and team members to refine design intent.
• Apply building codes and construction best practices to all designs.
• Present creative and functional design solutions that are both beautiful and buildable.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in residential architectural design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building codes.
• A balance of creativity, technical precision, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
