What You’ll Do:

As a BCBA at Jade, you’ll take on a fulfilling leadership role, guiding both your clients and clinical team to success. You’ll:

  • Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs.
  • Mentor and train behavior technicians, ensuring they feel confident and capable.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Conduct assessments and create treatment goals that lead to real progress.
  • Lead team meetings, supervise cases, and provide ongoing support to junior BCBAs.
  • Help shape the regional clinical strategy alongside our Clinical Director.
What You Bring:

  • BCBA Certification
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Behavior Analysis)
  • 2–3 years of hands-on ABA experience with children with autism
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience designing programs & training staff
  • Proficiency in DTT, NET/NATS, and verbal behavior approaches
  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, FBA, etc.)
  • Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!

Pay: $100,00 – $115,000/yr
