Residential Care Coordinator-THIRD SHIFT

Duties

• Monitor resident safety and respond promptly to their needs during overnight hours
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and staff to ensure proper care delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident activities, incidents, and care plans
• Conduct routine safety checks of the facility, including fire safety and security protocols
• Assist residents with personal care tasks as needed, promoting dignity and independence
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and continuity of care

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with residents, families, and staff
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining vigilance for safety issues
• Prior office experience that demonstrates reliability and attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
