Residential Case Manager

Job Overview:

As a Residential Case Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating residential services for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). This role involves supporting clients and their families to ensure the highest quality of care, promoting independent living skills, and facilitating productive and meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 15 to 20 adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
  • Oversee all aspects of residential services, including staff supervision, scheduling, training, and retention.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, address employee concerns, and implement disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor programs in line with the Service Plan.
  • Conduct home visits and environmental monitoring to ensure compliance with agency standards and IDD regulations.
  • Complete and submit monthly paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
  • Provide rotating on-call coverage as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Experience in case management and service coordination.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and planning abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, adapt to change, and respond positively to feedback.
  • Willingness to travel for monitoring and meetings.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and ability to meet driving standards.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years working with I/DD preferred.

License/Certification:

Driver's License required.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.50 per hour
