Residential Services AdministratorZion Care LLC. is seeking a motivated individual to join the team in our office. This person will be responsible for all day-to-day scheduling of caregivers and clients. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced, hard-working, well organized, a MULTI-TASKER, professional, and FUN! Healthcare administrators are usually responsible for ensuring compliance with state regulations and laws and maintaining patient records. Courteous and professional with strong oral and written communication abilities make the candidate ideal for becoming a Residential Services Administrator
- Able to assess client's overall care needs and strategically and appropriately match with existing Caregiver staff depending upon skills and availability
- Prepare, review and track/oversee program documentation including Incident Reports, annual assessments, billing, daily notes, Individual Service and Support Plans (ISSP), Comprehensive Life Reviews and Functional Analyses
- Communicates and confirms all schedule changes with caregivers and clients. Documents all communications, notes, and assignments in system. Documenting and keeping client documents up to date.
- They’re also in charge of keeping meticulous records of office in compliance State and Federal Regulations
- Communicating with Host Home Providers, Manage and coordinate resolution of individual in services crises and identifies/resolves individual in services/family concerns
- Alerting clients and/or designated family of staffing changes, emergencies, or service interruptions,
- Answering phones and monitoring email and voicemail to retrieve messages and vetting and crating profiles for potential applicants
- Healthcare Administrators are also responsible for promptly responding to questions from clients, host home providers, and Case Managers.
- These applicants are also responsible for keeping patient medical records up to date.
- A Residential Services Administrator responsibilities also include ensuring that all departments follow current healthcare regulations and laws.
- Review of pertinent medical history, Behavior Support Plans (BSP), protocols and individual profiles

- Interact respectfully with clients by encouraging support to make choices, develop independence, and to participate in all areas within the community, as well as working with clients 1:1
- Complete assessments for upcoming Individual Support Plans (ISPs) as assigned by the Manager or Associate Manager and know how to handle behaviors when they occur
- Completion of all daily documentation which includes MAR/TAR electronically and/or on paper. All Therap documentation including T-logs, GERs, data tracking, appointments, monthly weights and vitals, and reading secure communications (scomms)
- Work closely with Manager and co-workers to ensure daily schedules are being followed
- Provide transportation utilizing company vehicles and supervision to ensure residents consistently access and engage in preferred community activities
- Associates Degree Required, Preferable Degree.
