Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) – Benefit Eligible

Pay: $24.94 -$25.50/hour. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 for full-time positions (paid in two increments)

What You’ll Do

As a Residential Case Manager, you will play a key role in supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in one of our community-based residential homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting residents in developing independence, daily living skills, and community involvement
  • Assisting in the implementation and documentation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
  • Helping maintain a safe, healthy, and inclusive home environment
  • Coordinating appointments, activities, schedules, and communication
  • Providing direct support with daily routines, personal care (as needed), and life skills
  • Promoting self-advocacy, choice, and person-centered planning
  • Ensuring compliance with agency practices, safety standards, and documentation requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • We’d love to hear from you if you have:
  • A positive, team-oriented person committed to advocacy, inclusion, and respect
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred (training provided)
  • Reliability and professionalism in a dynamic residential setting
  • Valid driver’s license required, with a clean driving record
  • CPR/First Aid and MAP certifications helpful (or ability to obtain)
